How we protect your account, payments and information

Deposit verification

Before any chip balance appears in your account, we confirm the incoming DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS transfer matches your registered payment method. Mismatched deposits are held pending your clarification to prevent account compromise.

Withdrawal confirmation

Each withdrawal request requires a confirmation step from your registered phone number or email. We verify the destination payment method matches your account record before the payout is sent, reducing fraud risk.

Session security

Your login session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you access your account from a new device, we may ask for additional verification. Password resets are sent only to your verified email address.

Cookie and tracking

Frequently asked legal questions

Your account depends on local law where you created it. If you travel abroad, you can log in from a new location, but deposits and withdrawals are limited to payment methods registered in Indonesia. Some features may be unavailable outside your home region depending on local law.

If your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS transfer doesn't appear within 5 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID from your bank or wallet app. We'll check our records and either release the pending balance or help you file a reversal request with your payment provider.

Withdrawals must go to a payment method registered in your account name. If you want to add a second DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account for withdrawals, update it in Settings > Payment Methods and we'll verify it within 24 hours before your first payout.

Once you submit a withdrawal request and confirm it via email or SMS, our compliance team reviews it within 2 hours. If approved, the payout to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS usually clears within 1 minute. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours.
